The 2024 World Cup series came to a dramatic conclusion with an unforgettable finale that capped off a thrilling season. After a mostly cooperative week of weather, the final day took a turn, with mist and rain making the course even more treacherous. Riders faced increasingly slippery rocks and roots, adding to the difficulty of the terrain.

Marine Cabirou navigated these tricky conditions with precision, gliding over the slick surfaces to secure her second victory of the year. Building speed throughout the race, she dominated the rocky section at the fourth split and crossed the finish line in first. Gracey Hemstreet put in an impressive ride, earning second place in front of a home crowd. Vali Höll started strong, but the challenging bottom section cost her time, leaving her 2.3 seconds behind by the end.

His victory also elevated him to second place in the overall standings. Lachlan Stevens-Mcnab finished second, setting himself up as a top contender for 2025, while Laurie Greenland showed flashes of brilliance, leading the race for much of the run before being overtaken.
