Drink Beer that Builds Trails: OneUp x RMU x WORCA
Crankworx is here and OneUp is stoked to announce something a little different for this year…
OneUp Components is donating $1 from every beer sold at RMU Whistler to trail building. OneUp has partnered with RMU to raise funds for the Whistler Off Road Cycling Association (WORCA). WORCA builds, maintains and advocates for the trails in Whistler since 1989.
RMU is a mountain culture brand with deep roots in skiing and a strong local following. RMU Whistler is located right at the bottom of Blackcomb’s legendary trails in the Upper Village. What better way to finish a lap of Dark Crystal than with a beer that gives right back to the trails?

BMX legend and talented artist Taj Mihelich is spending the summer riding in Whistler. We commissioned Taj to create an illustration for the RMU takeover. But when he found out all the money was going back to the trails he refused to be paid for the project. We met up with Taj at RMU to check out the final result and he threw up some impromptu sketches over the product displays on the spot. Then we got out for a quick session down at the river jumps. Taj still rips.
OneUp Joyride Afterparty
At 8:00pm on Saturday, July 29, OneUp is hosting a Joyride Afterparty with a Karma Keg for WORCA. 100% of sales from the keg will go directly to the trails and OneUp will be giving away awesome prizes! Taj will be there too.
