We are very excited to announce a new Enduro2 course format that will see even more people to join the party this summer. Bring it on!
Registrations are open and will be sold on a first-come first-served basis. (This includes anyone currently on the wait-list). 50 new team registrations will be released for the new ‘short course’, plus 10 to 20 extra teams for the full course.
A new ‘short-course’ option will offer approximately 70% of the racing of the full course. It will take-in the most of the same superb stages, but will miss out one or two of the most difficult (Black-grade) trails, each day.
When we say ‘Short Course’, this is relative to the infamously big days of the Enduro2 full event. Better named as ‘shorter’ course: it will still involve 3 days of racing and 4 or 5 big stages each day, with total stats of ~7500m descent and ~750m of climbing over the 3 days. (That’s still bigger than most other Enduro races we know about!).
We feel that the shorter course is a perfect intro for Enduro2 first-timers, or teams who are eager to have time to spare time to enjoy some extra relaxation (or more party!) each day. It’s also suitable for those strong but younger riders out there. So, for the first time, riders from 12 years old are allowed to register a team, when riding with a responsible adult. A new category was created so you can have your own fight for the podium: Father/Son and Mother/Daughter teams – this is your time to shine!
The entry price for the short course is €239 per rider (instead of €289) and includes all food, lift-passes, entertainment and other extras that are included in the full race.
