Rounding out the LS lineup, here is the rolling battering ram otherwise known as the Insurgent LS. Pushing more travel than any current Evil model with 168mm rear travel and 180mm up front, the Insurgent serves up rippin laps and dusty grins no matter how battered the bike park becomes.
The Insurgent LS is available as a mixed-wheel MX or full 27.5″ platform. Small wheels with a 180mm fork for mind-melting laps, or MX with a 170mm fork for added stability, steeper lines, and plowing downstream.
Even the best bikes can be improved and better shred-prepped. The Evil team found a few dark elements to crank up the Insurgents DH appetite. Alongside the fresh paint job, the brand added SRAMs Universal Derailleur Hanger thats easily found at your local bike shop.
Riding is always better than wrenching, and Evil engineers aim to reduce your garage time. They heard the battle cries over trunnion shock spacers and responded by capturing them in the linkage, so you no longer have to fiddle and fumble when installing shocks.
To top off this bike park battering ram, Evil will offer free annual bearing replacements on all their bikes, from 2022 forward. Original owners can register their bikes on the Evil website and order a set of replacement bearings once per season. See our warranty site for more details to keep those pivots silky smooth.
