YT Industries have released their latest Uncaged models named CAPRA 29 Uncaged 6 (200 pcs. worldwide) and JEFFSY 29 Uncaged 6 (300 pcs. worldwide). Both the Enduro and All-Mountain platform feature the game-changing RockShox suspension technology Flight Attendant, based on the AXS platform. It allows mountain bikers to customize their suspension so that the technology does the on-trail analysis and adjustments automatically without them lifting a finger.
CAPRA Uncaged 6 – Switched on enduro beast
YT’s CAPRA just took this year’s evolution to the next level thanks to the latest suspension technology from RockShox. The new generation of the legendary Enduro bike has refined geometry and kinematics that are unique to the MX and 29er versions. Purposely built seatstays, shock yokes, and specific end-progression cater to each playground individually. The CAPRA 29 Uncaged 6 is a pure 29er with extraordinary capabilities: a super-fast, hard-hitting machine to conquer the most technical Enduro trails and racetracks to be found. The high-end Ultra Modulus Carbon Frame offers maximum strength and stiffness at minimum weight. The ultimate level of performance this bike has to offer is highlighted by the best and latest electronic SRAM RockShox technology. Spec’d with the RockShox ZEB Ultimate Flight Attendant with its 170mm of travel and the RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate Flight Attendant delivering 165 mm of travel riders can concentrate on what matters most: the ride itself. SRAM Reverb AXS and SRAM X01 Eagle AXS drivetrain complete the AXS ecosystem. SRAM Code RSC brakes allow for perfect modulation and powerful braking. The Crankbrothers Synthesis Enduro Carbon I9 Hydra wheelset and its front and rear-specific wheel tune adding compliance in the front and increased stiffness in the rear enhance the MAXXIS Assegai and MAXXIS Minion DHR II tires performance. This Uncaged model of the CAPRA is as powerful and uncompromising as it gets.
JEFFSY Uncaged 6 – The most thoughtful best friend
YT’s All-Mountain JEFFSY is the rider’s ultimate friend and paired with the latest technology from RockShox this bunch of mates will keep you entertained all day long. Or as a famous Hollywood actor once described in the launch campaign video Friendship Redefined: “They’ll know what you’re thinking before you’ve thought it, anticipating your every move. (…) And together, you’ll uncage a thrill that makes you surge with life.” The JEFFSY 29 Uncaged 6 features an Ultra Modulus Carbon Frame and comes with the brand-new RockShox Lyrik Ultimate Flight Attendant. Its 150mm of travel will iron out the toughest trails, while the latest shock development RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate Flight Attendant supports the smooth ride with 150 mm worth of travel of its own. This unique JEFFSY model also sports a full AXS package thanks to the SRAM Reverb AXS and SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS drivetrain. Since JEFFSY is also capable enough to take you on hard-hitting enduro adventures, the JEFFSY Uncaged 6 is also spec’d with the specifically tuned Crankbrothers Synthesis Enduro Carbon I9 Hydra wheelset. RockShox Flight Attendant
Developed over thousands of trail miles around the world, this game-changing tech senses and analyzes every bump, pitch, and pedal stroke via modules on the rear shock, fork, and a sensor in the crankset to automatically adjust the suspension setting to an Open, Pedal or Lock position in an instant. All settings, including the possibility to customize the system to be biased toward the open or locked position, can be done manually via the control module on the fork or via the SRAM AXS Mobile App. After setting up the system, riders can let the bike do the thinking while unlocking their full riding potential on the trail.
