Worlds almost seems to be a tricky one for riders to get their heads around. With an extra day to play with it gives them the chance to dissect the track without having to push straight off the bat, but they are racers – it’s a hard switch to flick!
The track inevitably changed through the course of the day, becoming a lot more blown out and unveiling a bunch of new lines for the guys to eyeball. The dust was thick, the bikes were new, and everyone had a good first day charming the Black Snake.
