Riding enduro MTB with single speed – Do you really need gears? I convert my enduro bike into a single speed bike and shred MTB trails and send tricks to show you that gears are not needed! Would you ride single speed?
My Ghost enduro bike gets a small over haul and ends up with a single speed conversion to get rid of all the gears and extra weight and noise that comes with the gear system. The bike in now called a slope-duro bike and its the best thing ever. After doing the conversion I then test the bike out on the Orchrad spine before heading out into the woods to shred the bike at full speed! We then switch to the next day and blow up the airbag in the windiest conditions I’ve had in the garden for ages which unfortunately ended the session prematurely. But because of the wind we then ended up at twisted oaks bike park and had the sickest session on the perfect flowy MTB trails they have on offer at the bike park! After the ride I then give my conclusion for my day of single speed fun!! What do you think?
