Travelling the world with your mountain bike is an amazing experience, but due to the nature of riding trails that you don’t know, in areas you are unfamiliar with, you must travel with a ride bag that is full of essential kit that will get you out of trouble, should it arise.

With these few top tips are supposed to give you a starting point to build your own ride bag essentials and food for thought. Each ride location has a particular essence, which will require specific kit you should carry, but these are fairly universally accepted amongst the H+I Adventures team as what you should carry.
