“It was on one of those golden autumn days when my friend Thömu and I made our way to the mountains. Get up early, drink coffee, go up with the gondola in the fresh air and then wait on the first rays of sunshine. It was a perfect bike day. On the “mountain view trail”, which leads from Mürren via the Winteregg to Lauterbrunnen, we always had the imposing backdrop of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau in front of us.
“With my 26 inch mountain bike I love to try out some tricks from the trial and BMX on the trail. By contrast, Thomas Tödtli with his 29er was able to fully live out the flow on the trail and use every root for a bunnyhop jump. Here in the Bernese Oberland you will not be bored as a mountain biker and there are still many adventures to discover.”
