Trail building with dynamite! That’s the way to make progress fast. These guys show what can be done if you get the community behind trail development and with 133 volunteers, anything is possible. The new Stinger Trail looks awesome and the video shows just how much work went into making it a reality.
‘Produced by: http://www.FirstTracksProductions.com This year http://www.TAMBA.org helped build a new trail. It took many years to get the alignment right, partnerships lined up and permitting done through the leadership from the U.S. Forest Service – Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit. The new Kingsbury Stinger Trail is another piece in the puzzle and will allow for more opportunities for future trails in the area. This video was made by First Tracks Productions to show how the new trail came about. Thanks to everyone that helped build (133 volunteers), along with trail crews from the USFS and American Conservation Experience, cooperation from Tahoe Rim Trail Association, grant funding from Nevada recreational trails program your Connection to Adventure and local bike shop Shoreline of Tahoe for leading multiple trail days. Enjoy!’
