SPANK Brings the Whip Off To Argentina

Last month Bariloche Argentina played host to the first ever iXS DH Cup to land in Latin America. SPANK Industries teamed up with the team at EVO Sports Bari and Ride SRL to bring a Whip Off to the event. Athletes and spectators from all over South America made the the trek to Bariloche to see the continent’s premier gravity riders compete for glory. Massive jumps, crazy whips and a rowdy crowd made for a killer show in Bike Park Cerro Catedral. A three pack of jumps including a huge 45 foot sender allowed the athletes to showcase their moto whip style.
Riders earn points for amplitude, style, degree of whip and landing.
Felipe Agurto’s had the biggest air of the day to land the third place honors
Mario Jarrin’s sick style earned him the top spot on the podium
Sebastian Alfaro’s landed a respectable runner up position

Beer, and bragging rights in Bariloche. Huge shout to the contestants for putting on a spectacular show.
