Eurobike is big. Really big. There’s so much to see and so much going on that you can’t even begin to fit it all in to one day. So instead we’ve picked five of our favourite stand out new products from the first day. There’s more photos in a gallery on our facebook page, and so much more left to be explored over the next few days, so stay tuned!
The Merida One-Sixty. We first fell in love with the Merida One-Sixty when we rode the prototype back in February. Now we've seen the finished bike we're in love all over again. There are a lot of matte black bikes at the show, but this is the first matte-grey we've seen and it really stands out. Integrated gear and dropper post cable add to the clean lines and stealthy feel of the bike. We can't wait to ride it again!
SRAM had one of the busiest stands of the show, with everyone rushing to get their hands on their new 11 speed groupset, XX1.
The carbon front end Specialized S-Works Demo 8, now you can ride the same frame as the Monster Energy Specialized team! Just don't ask for the price tag...
The X-Trance 29er is Giant's first 29
For 2013 the Solid Mission-9 frame comes with a new linkage plate for a stiffer and stronger rear end. Pictured is the top spec EVO Elite model, tested and honed on the company's local proving ground, Bad Wildbad Bike Park.
