Fabien Barel Training Camps
Read the Fabien Barel interview in issue 17? Well if you have you’ll recall Barel mentioning taking part in some training camps in Les Gets this summer. Well his new website is now live so you can get yourself booked up to learn from one of the greatest mountin bikers the world has ever seen.
After 17 years of DH racing and two world champ titles, Fab is willing to share his experience. In the MTB resort of Les Gets, village of the 2004 World championship, you can come to improve your skill and ride for three days with Fabien Barel. You will analyze bike settings, bike position, improve your cornering speed and your braking efficiency.

The camps will come in two concepts:
– The all mountain camp from June 27th to 29th, right before the Passportes du soleil (June 30th and 31st).
– The DH camp from July 9th to 11th , right before the French national championship.
The busy schedule of those 3 days will bring bike preparation, timed session, briefing for physical training and all types of exercises.
The cost of the camps for 3 days will be :
– 299€ with lunch and lift passes
– 399€ half board ( 3 days and 2 nights)
– 440€ Full board ( 3 days and 2 nights)
The hotel ‘The Boomerang’ in the village with its bar and great atmosphere will welcome us to make sure that evenings will be as much fun as our days on the bike.
