The 2012 London Bike Show has just finished and the event can only be described as a huge success. Visitor numbers were up considerably on last year and from where we were standing there were lots of happy mountain bikers wandering about soaking up the atmosphere! We got to meet lots of our readers on our stand, and sign up lots more too, over 500 new subscribers swung by the IMB stand over the 4 days and we gave out over 1000 stickers!

A definite highlight was the pump track racing, this was great fun to watch and expertly run by the crew at Shoretrax. Elbow to elbow racing ensured some spectacular crashes and it was great to see the pro’s riding against some ams too!

It was also great to see some of the major MTB brands on display, for sure we have seen most of the kit at previous shows, but it is still always a pleasure to drool over some shiney bike bling!
