The McGazza Forever collection highlights some of Shred’s most iconic products, including the Amazify MTB and Nastify MTB goggles, as well as the all-mountain Short Stack and the full-face Brain Box NoShock helmets. McGazza Forever Brain Box NoShock
Kelly played a crucial role in the creation of Shred’s Brain Box helmet, shaping both its form and function. By dissipating both linear and multi-directional impact energy, the McGazza Forever Brain Box NoShock provides exceptional protection in a full-face design. Its patent-pending Rotational Energy System™ helps reduce rotational energy transferred to the head during impacts. Consisting of four floating contact points that are positioned between the helmet liner and foam padding, this 360-degree flotation system mimics the natural cushioning behavior of the fluid between the skull and the brain. To further reduce linear impact energy, the helmet also features patent-pending Slytech NoShock™ technology. Helmet Features
- Rotational Energy System (RES) technology features absorption units composed of exceptionally thin elastic layers and slip surface attachments positioned on the helmet’s inner element. The design enables RES to redirect rotational forces by allowing a small amount of relative movement between the helmet and the head during impacts from any direction. This reduces rotational energy transferred to the head and mimics the natural cushioning behavior of the fluid between the skull and the brain.
- Slytech NoShock™ technology integrates a foam with a honeycomb cone structure into the helmet’s EPS impact liner to provide protection from linear impact forces.
