At A Glance
This light set from Lezyne is a very neat offering with a compact design and simple silicon rubber strap for connecting to your handlebar and seat tube.
Buy Lights onThe CNC machined aluminium body is weather resistant and hard-wearing, in your hand you can feel and see the quality of their construction. The front light punches out 15 lumens, which is notable for something so tiny.
The beams are turned on/off by pressing the lens that gives the lights an uncluttered appearance without buttons or switches. The rubber strap enables the lights to be secured easily to a wide range of bars and tube diameters without the need for extra attachments or screws.
Two CR2032 disposable batteries, like those in wrist watches, provide the power behind the Composite Matrix back plate and should last for 60 hours on the flash setting, or 30 hours on the regular constant beam setting. An advantage of them not being of the rechargeable variety, means you can carry a spare set of batteries with you should they die whilst you’re out on the bike.
Overall
We were impressed with stylish and tidy light set. No bigger than a couple of chess pieces, they are easy to attach and use and will get you seen clearly on the road, saving your all important flood-lighting for the fun part of the ride!
