CUBE Bikes Two15 HPC SLT
The Two15 is Danny Hart’s machine of choice and CUBE’s top downhill bike. Carbon frame, kitted with 29’’ wheels and just the best components money can buy. About the brand CUBE bikes was founded in 1993 by Marcus Purner. The German company designs and assembles their bikes in Bavaria, right next to the Czech border. Although not a true global...
CUBE Bikes Stereo 170 SL
Continuing from the well-received Stereo 150, Cubes latest addition to the Stereo range is the long travel Stereo 170. The Stereo range has never had such a long travel bike, but modern riders are now demanding more travel, bigger wheels and very little in the way of compromise. Cube has not strayed too far from the traditional Stereo design and...
CUBE Bikes Stereo Hybrid 160 Action Team
Cube have been putting incredible bikes together for many years now, always known for incredible value their e-bikes are no different. Cube was one of the first brands to really champion the e-bike in mountain biking and the years of experience have paid off. The Stereo Hybrid 160 Action Team 27.5 sits near the top of their spec range, yet...
CUBE Bikes AMS 100 C:68 TM 29
There is a trend developing which is somewhat at odds with the gravity fed world of enduro and downhill. Recent history has seen the proliferation of exceptionally capable bikes which can be winched back to the top of a hill time and time again, but what happens if rather than making downhill bikes climb better, you make an XC bike...
CUBE Bikes Hyde Race
A bit of an odd bike for an MTB magazine you might say, but bear with us, and of course the N+1 rule always applies. When Rou broke his leg and ankle, last year biking was off the cards, however as soon as he felt he could ride a bike again the urge was to stick to the roads, rather...
CUBE Bikes Stereo 140 HPC SL
When Cube rolled out their 2018 range last year it featured a mix of both old favourites and revamped models. The Stereo range didn't get a huge overhaul other than some tidy batteries on the electric range, and in the standard bikes, the 120 and 160 remained unchanged. It was the 140 that had seen the full makeover and was...
CUBE Bikes Stereo 150 TM 29
The story behind the new Stereo has already been told when I wrote up the first ride a few months back. In short, Cube's enduro team had access to a long travel 650b bike but chose to ride the shorter travel 29er (stereo 140) and Greg Callaghan ended up winning the Irish round of the EWS on board the big...
CUBE Bikes Stereo Hybrid 160 SL 500 27.5
Cube has been in the ebike game since the start, and are now refining their mountain bike offer into an even more sleek package. For this year the Stereo Hybrid hides it's battery inside the down tube to create a fully integrated system. The Hybrid 160 is their biggest hitting ebike with 160mm of rear travel coupled with a 170mm...
CUBE Bikes Stereo 140 HPA SL 27.5
The Stereo range is broad and is a name applied to lots of bikes in the Cube range. They all feature the same suspension platform but come in 4 different travel sizes, 120mm, 140mm, 150mm and 160mm. They are available in aluminium or carbon (in some models), 27.5 or 29er and the 150mm version is now with Plus size tyres....
CUBE Bikes STEREO HYBRID 140 HPA Race 500 27.5
Cube have been at the cutting edge of e-bikes since the beginning, and a huge amount of their sales are now electric, across all types of bikes. The Stereo range is the heart of their full suspension mountain bike line up, and have 'e' versions to match their purely human powered siblings. The Stereo 140 is simply their 140mm chassis,...
CUBE Bikes Reaction GTC SL 29
The Reaction SL is a race ready full carbon 29er with speed on its mind and not much else. Aimed at the rider looking for a fast XC bike that isn’t going to break the bank it sits just below the Elite models in their XC race range. Two sizes are available in 27.5 wheeled guise, 16” and 18” and...
CUBE Bikes Stereo 120 HPA SL
The Stereo range from Cube is large, and the name doesn't best describe the bikes which are grouped within it. Featuring the 120, through 140 and 160, with many options including wheel sizes and frame materials, it is a large line-up incorporating a lot of different bikes, styles and intended purposes. This is the shortest travel of the Stereo range...
